">Responsibilities
">The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property sourcing or management, preferably in industries such as healthcare or commercial operations.
">You will be responsible for:

- Researching and identifying potential property opportunities in specified areas">
- Liaising with estate agents, landlords, and property sellers to gather key information">
- Creating detailed property reports, including ROI projections, for investor review">
- Managing email inboxes, scanning and organizing company letters, and responding to property inquiries">
- Flagging urgent matters and maintaining and updating pipelines">
- Organizing meetings, calls, and schedules for the team">
- Overseeing the day-to-day management of existing properties">
- Managing tenant communications, rent collection, and addressing maintenance issues">
- Ensuring legal and compliance requirements are met for all properties">
- Conducting property inspections and handling tenant onboarding/offboarding processes">
- Maintaining rent database records and raising invoices">
- Assisting with inquiries, preparing and exchanging contracts, and managing property completions">
- Handling legal disputes and cases related to the business">
- Prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously">
- Working collaboratively with the facilities manager and other stakeholders">

- Key Skills and Qualifications">
- ">
- A strong understanding of property sourcing, management, and compliance within a business operational context">
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with landlords, estate agents, and councils">
- Proficiency in property management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools">
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively">
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in property management or legal administration (healthcare, commercial, or operational property experience is highly desirable)">
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple properties or contracts with minimal supervision">
- Prior involvement in handling legal cases, preparing contracts, or liaising with external stakeholders such as councils or utility companies">
- A Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in property management, law, or a related field (preferred but not essential)">
- Certification or training in property management or legal studies (desired)">
