Software Product Support Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Product Support Lead to join our team. As a key member of our software engineering department, you will be responsible for leading a small support team to maintain in-service system middleware solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a small support team to maintain middleware solutions
- Debug and engineer investigation of complex software issues
- Collaborate with customers to resolve emerging issues
- Configure and maintain Linux OSs, including kernel configuration and testing
- Develop software skillsets through on-the-job training or formal education
- Experience with C or C++ programming languages
- Strong background in software engineering and Linux OS configuration
- Team-leading experience and ability to innovate and think critically
- Comfortable working in a collaborative environment and communicating with customers
- Experience with Commercial off-the-Shelf (COTS) hardware and target system hardware
