Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Center Floater for Young Children to support our childcare programs. The successful candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with children with disabilities.

The ideal candidate will be a flexible team player, able to maintain confidentiality, and have a reliable means of transportation. A GED or High School Diploma is required, along with 2 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Assist in implementing educational programs for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
  • Collaborate with center staff to ensure high-quality childcare services.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of experience working with young children or in early childhood education.

Able to pass a background check and have access to reliable transportation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
