Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Residential Support Worker to join our child-centered team in Newport. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to children and young people in residential settings. Our homes are lovely and well-maintained, with a rigorous process in place to ensure the best outcomes for each child we care for.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for the children.
  • Assist with daily routines and activities, helping to develop life skills and emotional well-being.
  • Uphold the values and ethos of our organisation, ensuring all care is child-centered.

Requirements:
  • Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People (CYP) (essential).
  • At least 1 year of experience working with children and young people (CYP).
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including sleep-ins, which are paid at £50 per sleep-in.
