As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programmes into care homes across the country. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional support and guidance to improve care home services.

The role offers a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum, including a £5,000 car allowance, contributory pension, healthcare scheme, internal benefits, 25 days annual leave, and 8 bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programmes that meet the needs of care home staff
  • Collaborate with care home staff to understand their requirements and provide tailored support
  • Work closely with our Learning and Development team to ensure seamless delivery of training programmes
