Our Finance Graduate Programme

Develop Your Skills in a Dynamic Environment

At TJX Europe, we're committed to helping you grow and succeed in your finance career. Our Graduate Programme is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of our Off Price Model and the finance structure that supports it.

You'll experience a unique and challenging way of doing business, with opportunities to rotate through three core finance pillars:

  • Commercial Finance partners with Retail, Distribution, e-Commerce, and Head Office functions to deliver analysis and support business decisions.
  • Business Planning & Analysis produces strategic plans and compares performance against them, providing analysis to assess the viability of proposed initiatives.
  • Financial Control partners with Merchandising and Buying to deliver Gross Margin plans and ensure the financial integrity of the stock ledger.
  • Financial Accounting focuses on the core principles of accounting, producing financial statements and partnering with various functions throughout the business.

You'll also study to become a Chartered Global Management Accountant through the CIMA level 7 apprenticeship programme, combining on-the-job training with classroom learning.

Requirements

To be eligible for our Graduate Programme, you'll need to have a degree in any discipline, with a keen interest in finance. You'll also need to have good communication skills, a natural curiosity, and flexibility.
