About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Coordinator to join our client's product management team.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating and gathering information that informs business decisions and team directions.

You will work closely with the engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment on product goals and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and maintaining product roadmaps and timelines.
  • Gather and organize product requirements from stakeholders.
  • Foster collaboration between engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams.
  • Facilitate communication to ensure alignment on product goals and deliverables.
  • Monitor project milestones and deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
  • Generate reports on product performance and development progress for stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update product documentation, including specifications and user guides.
  • Organize and manage product-related data, files, and tools.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings such as sprint reviews and product planning sessions.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and distribute follow-up actions.
  • Assist in coordinating product release activities, including beta testing and marketing efforts.
  • Help prepare materials for training, marketing, and customer onboarding.
  • Identify potential risks or issues in the product development process and escalate them appropriately.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Refine and improve product management workflows and tools.
  • Provide feedback to enhance efficiency and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in an engineering/production company.
  • Excellent IT knowledge to learn new systems.
  • Pro-active and good initiative.
