We're seeking an experienced Senior Media Manager; a senior individual with global experience across all viable media channels driving strategy and digital transformation for a large multi-business enterprise to join our Digital Marketing team. The role is located in London and offers a hybrid work arrangement.

In this position, you'll have a significant impact:

  • Develop and drive the overall media strategy (both paid and organic) to grow brand awareness and drive business, focusing on digital-first, measurable activations.
  • Build and lead the Media capability and team to deliver against the growing media requirements of the enterprise.
  • Owning and managing the relationship with our paid media agency, working collaboratively to drive the digital transformation of BNY's media approach.
  • Owning and managing social media platforms.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure a strategic and optimized approach to media:
    • Brand strategy team to deliver global brand activations.
    • LOB/Segment marketers to deliver demand and lead generation media programs.
  • Making data-informed recommendations including target markets and publications.
  • Prioritizing new testing strategies in conjunction with wider marketing function and agency.
  • Scaling up successful strategies.

To succeed in this role, we seek individuals with:

  • B2B marketing experience, preferably in financial services or a complex, multi-business enterprise model.
  • Experience managing agencies, paid acquisition channels including search, social, programmatic, and affiliate/partner marketing.
  • A solid track record of partnering with senior stakeholders, advising and influencing senior and executive teams, including legal and compliance.
  • Marketing strategy experience, including go-to-market launch management, acquisition, engagement, or partner marketing.
  • Team management skills with strong leadership and motivation abilities, and the capacity to work with distributed and complex teams.
  • Demonstrated analytics ability around program management and execution.

Our salary package reflects the market rate for this position, estimated between £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on your experience.
