About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team at Macfarlane Packaging. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing and developing a portfolio of key customer accounts, effectively maintaining profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of key customer accounts to ensure profitability
  • Deal with incoming queries from key customers and provide advice and solutions
  • Undertake outbound activity to identify and target new customers
  • Work closely with and support the external sales team
  • Administer sales orders and quotations, ensuring customer delivery dates are met
  • Regularly use internal CRM system
  • Liaise closely with internal departments such as logistics and procurement
Requirements
  • Experience in a similarly fast-paced, customer-focused position
  • Strong administration skills and first-class telephone manner
  • Commercial awareness and target-driven
  • Ability to learn internal systems and processes
