Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team at Macfarlane Packaging. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing and developing a portfolio of key customer accounts, effectively maintaining profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop a portfolio of key customer accounts to ensure profitability
- Deal with incoming queries from key customers and provide advice and solutions
- Undertake outbound activity to identify and target new customers
- Work closely with and support the external sales team
- Administer sales orders and quotations, ensuring customer delivery dates are met
- Regularly use internal CRM system
- Liaise closely with internal departments such as logistics and procurement
- Experience in a similarly fast-paced, customer-focused position
- First-class telephone manner and strong administration skills
- Commercial awareness and target-driven
- Ability to learn internal systems (CRM etc.)
