Job Title: Respiratory Support Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Support Nurse to join our team at Optimam Complex Care Limited. As a Respiratory Support Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to adult patients with respiratory conditions. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the individual needs of each patient.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including paid training and career development opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality patient care and support to adult patients with respiratory conditions
• Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the individual needs of each patient

Requirements:
• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license
• Experience working with adult patients with respiratory conditions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
