Job Title: Care Consultant

Are you a seasoned professional in the care industry looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional care and service to clients and families?

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Care Consultant to join our thriving and expanding team. As a Care Consultant, you will be responsible for creating detailed assessments and care plans, involving the client, family/representatives and other professionals in every stage of the process. You will also provide support to carers, with the necessary information to enable them to deliver a high-quality level of service to all clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Follow CQC guidelines
Create detailed assessments and care plans
Provide support to carers
Make decisions using professional expertise within a structured framework and using existing systems and policies

Requirements:
Demonstrable Regional Consultant/Regional Manager experience within the Healthcare/Homecare industry
Level 3 qualification or above would be advantageous (not essential)
Strong understanding of CQC requirements and guidelines

What We Offer:
Salary from £29,000 depending on experience
~20 days leave + bank holidays, increasing to 25 days leave after 2 years of service
