About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant to join our Management Consulting team at CPC Project Services. As a Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering infrastructure, property, and transformational change projects that improve people's lives.

As a Health Estates Consultant, you will work on exciting projects within the Health sector, focusing on Estates / Facilities projects for various Health Trusts in London. You will have the opportunity to work on business cases, develop better business cases, and collaborate with clients to deliver successful projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business cases for Estates / Facilities projects
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Work on better business cases and develop innovative solutions
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our Management Consulting team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant experience as a Consultant within the Public Sector, preferably in Health or Education
  • Estates / Facilities / Property experience is essential
  • Experience working on business cases and developing better business cases
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
