Job Title: Consultant (Health - Estates)

About the Role:

CPC Project Services is seeking a highly skilled Consultant to join our growing Management Consulting team. As a Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering infrastructure, property, and transformational change projects that improve people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on estates and facilities management to clients in the Health sector.
  • Develop and implement business cases for infrastructure and property projects.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain expertise.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience as a Consultant within the Public Sector, preferably in Health or Education.
  • Essential experience in Estates / Facilities / Property management.
  • Proven track record of working on Business Cases and 'Better Business Case' experience is beneficial.
