Job Title: Consultant / Senior Consultant - Real Estate Consulting

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our Real Estate Consulting team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering CDM and H&S consultancy services to our clients, ensuring consistent delivery of service excellence and meeting their needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice to clients on CDM and H&S regulations and management.
  • Act as Principal Designer and help clients manage and understand their legal responsibilities.
  • Manage all commissions, ensuring client expectations and Turner & Townsend's business management system are effectively discharged.
  • Carry out H&S performance reviews, audits, and support others as needed.
Requirements:
  • Creative thinker with extensive knowledge and experience within the Construction Industry, specifically around the CDM Regulations.
  • Experience of a diverse range of industry sectors, with a proven ability to meet client needs.
  • Full UK driving licence and relevant professional qualifications, such as GradIOSH or equivalent.
