Job Summary:


The Cyber Security Programme Manager will oversee the implementation of comprehensive security programmes to protect the information assets of Xcede.



Main Responsibilities:



  • Design and manage security programmes aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements, addressing current and emerging threats.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity projects across the organization.
  • Coordinate and facilitate key cybersecurity governance forums, meetings, and working groups.
  • Develop and deliver clear, concise reports and presentations for executive leadership, summarizing program status, risks, and recommendations.

Requirements:



  • Experience in cybersecurity and organisational change management/technology enablement, with a focus on leading or enabling large-scale, enterprise-wide cybersecurity transformation initiatives.
  • Strong background in program and project management, with experience overseeing complex, multi-disciplinary cybersecurity projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and delivering large-scale training programs, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
