As the Head of Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support our business objectives and cultivate a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives and legal requirements.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, encompassing employment law, performance issues, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Manage employee relations issues, such as grievances, complaints, and conflicts, in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including salary benchmarking, bonus schemes, and employee benefits packages.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Partner with senior management to drive organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Stay informed about HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and practices.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, reflecting your exceptional skills and experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist. This includes:

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations, including SM&CR.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications, with a willingness to learn new systems.
  • Good understanding of UK employment laws and regulations, with a commitment to compliance.
