Job Overview

We are recruiting for a highly skilled Branch Manager Lead to join our team at Accept Recruitment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in operational leadership and be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the branch.

The Branch Manager Lead will be responsible for developing and executing the operational growth strategy for the new branch, establishing robust operating procedures, and overseeing the performance of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the operational growth strategy for the new branch.
  • Establish robust operating procedures to support sustainable growth and ensure best-in-class service delivery.
  • Oversee the branch's day-to-day activities, ensuring operational efficiency, productivity, and excellence.
  • Develop a framework for continuous improvement and identify areas for operational innovation and efficiency.

About You:

  • You have a strong background in operational leadership and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • You have a full, valid driving license and a willingness to travel.
