Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and proactive individual to oversee a team of 8 remote staff based in Sheffield, Hull, Doncaster, and Grimsby. As a Workplace Team Leader, you'll be responsible for inspiring and motivating your team to deliver exceptional service across the client's regional offices. You'll work closely with the Team Leader for the South and be hands-on in the offices, ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 8 remote staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Work closely with the Team Leader for the South to align on strategies and goals.
  • Be hands-on in the offices, ensuring smooth operations and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Travel to each site 1-2 times per week, covering shifts and ensuring continuity of service.
  • Previous experience in customer service or facilities management is essential.

  • Ability to travel regularly and have impeccable time management skills
