We're proud to be the chosen service partner for a leading banking institution, providing front-of-house services at their offices. Following an expansion of our regional service, we're looking for a Workplace Team Leader to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

You'll oversee a team of 8 remote members based in various locations, including Sheffield, Hull, Doncaster, and Grimsby. As an operational role, you'll be hands-on in the offices, inspiring and motivating your team to deliver exceptional service. You'll also be responsible for attending each site 1-2 times per week, requiring regular travel and impeccable time management skills.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or facilities roles
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable with regular travel and flexible working arrangements
