Portico Corporate Reception Management is proud to offer a unique opportunity for a skilled Workplace Team Leader to join our team.

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote staff based in various locations across the region. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of remote staff to achieve exceptional service standards
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with the South Team Leader to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Travel to client sites 1-2 times per week to provide hands-on support and ensure high-quality service delivery
