We are seeking a passionate and reliable Educational Support Staff member to join our team in the B12 area. As a key figure in our Wrap Around Care service, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging environment for children's development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and engage children in fun, educational, and creative activities.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
  • Help with snacks and refreshments, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance and any incidents.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with children is highly desirable.
  • A caring and friendly personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • A valid DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
  • Basic understanding of safeguarding practices (training can be provided).
