Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager - Financial Services at TD SYNNEX, you will be responsible for owning and developing small to mid-sized customer accounts of moderate complexity under some supervision. Your primary goal will be to win new business and maximize the potential of the account.

You will be responsible for increasing both customer loyalty and profitability by using your full knowledge of assigned product/service line. This includes growing TD SYNNEX's share of wallet (market share) with the vendor.

You will have a clear understanding of TD SYNNEX's core value proposition and demonstrate the ability to communicate this to customer requirements.

You will translate vendor objectives into actionable vendor business plans.

Specific large deal and pipeline engagement within a technology domain will be required.

You will drive the presence and profile of the vendor(s) internally within TD SYNNEX and externally to customers.

You will negotiate on deals and rebates.

You will provide input into purchasing, sales, and pricing policy.

You will provide strategic input into vendor market propositions.

You will support the development and execution of marketing plans alongside the Marketing Manager.

You will work in strong collaboration with FSE.

You will be responsible for accurate and timely weekly forecasting and pipeline development.

You will develop key channel relationships.

You will engage with key customers.

You will engage with vendor operational, sales, and marketing teams.

Requirements

You will have leasing experience.

You will consistently apply qualification processes to assess business opportunity.

You will have excellent emotional intelligence, enabling you to connect strongly and influence decision-making at a Senior Executive level (customers and vendors).

You will be a self-motivator, able to define and achieve clear individual, team, and company priorities and execute autonomously.

You will have confident and informed decision-making qualities and a proven negotiator.

You will be able to establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external business partners.

You will have strong communication skills, both oral and written.

You will be able to stimulate others to successfully drive change and absorb new ideas.

You will be a skilled multi-level relationship builder, able to operate in a matrix environment.

You will have a strong orientation towards and experience in services and solution selling.

You will have proven experience in account and portfolio development.

You will have strategic planning and business case development skills.

You will have the proven ability to self-manage in an external environment.

This role will require 3-4 days per week travel with occasional office attendance.

Please note that this role will have a significant travel component.
