Accommodation Planner

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Accommodation Team as an Allocations Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our accommodation availability and cleaning processes.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the end-to-end planning of our accommodation availability, including understanding room bookings by type and ensuring all room bookings are allocated on time and accurately. You will also be responsible for maintaining a level of service recovery rooms, ensuring that Resort teams have backup rooms available when problems arise.

You will work closely with the Accommodation Productivity Manager to achieve the required number of rooms on sale, while also prioritizing the guest experience and ensuring that all booked add-ons and special requests are identified and planned for accordingly.

As a member of our team, you will be expected to communicate effectively with key room team members, ensuring that any changes or amendments to allocations are communicated in a timely manner. You will also work alongside Accommodation and Facilities teams to plan for refurbishment works in accommodation units.

We are looking for a warm and friendly individual who is able to work well in a team environment. You should be able to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, both face-to-face and over the phone. You will also need to be able to work under pressure and to deadlines, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

As a permanent full-time role, you will be required to work a 40-hour week, including evenings and weekends. You should be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances, while also being able to work independently and as part of a team.
