Accommodation Planner

About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Accommodation Team as an Allocations Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our accommodation availability and cleaning processes.

As an Allocations Team Member, you will work closely with the Accommodation Productivity Manager to plan and allocate rooms efficiently, ensuring that all room bookings are accurately allocated and that guests have a great experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining a level of service recovery rooms, ensuring that Resort teams have backup rooms available when problems arise.

You will need to communicate effectively with the Accommodation & Guest Services Team Members to ensure that the Resort understands the status of rooms ready for check-in. You will also need to follow documented standard operating procedures when processing requests for Entertainment/Internal or External Visitors, ensuring that a fully audited process for zero-cost bookings is adhered to at all times.

As a key member of our team, you will work alongside Accommodation and Facilities teams to plan for refurbishment works in accommodation units. If you have a warm and friendly manner, enjoy working in a busy environment, and are able to adapt to new situations, we would love to hear from you.
