Accommodation Planner

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Accommodation Planner to join our team at Butlin's. This role will involve working closely with the Accommodation Productivity Manager to ensure the smooth planning and allocation of room bookings.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• 
  
• Understand the forecast of room bookings by type and ensure all room bookings are allocated on time and accurately.
  
• Communicate directly with Accommodation & Guest Services Team Members to ensure the Resort understands the status of rooms ready for check-in.
  
• Work alongside Accommodation and Facilities teams to plan for refurbishment works in accommodation units.
  
• Maximise opportunities to assist guests in having a great experience while supporting the resort achieve NPS goals.

• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
  
• Strong organisational and methodical planning skills.
  
• Computer literacy and ability to use various programmes.
