About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered General Nurse to join our team as a Bank Homecare Nurse. As a Bank Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to patients in their own homes, workplaces, or communities across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver medical treatments such as IV infusions, home parenteral nutrition treatments, and intramuscular and subcutaneous injections
  • Train patients to administer their own medication
  • Work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Requirements
  • Valid NMC PIN
  • Experience as a Registered General Nurse
  • Basic IT skills
  • Full UK driving license
