Key Responsibilities- Deliver medical treatments such as IV infusions, home parenteral nutrition treatments, and intramuscular and subcutaneous injections
- Train patients to administer their own medication
- Work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Valid NMC PIN
- Experience as a Registered General Nurse
- Basic IT skills
- Full UK driving license
