Deva Point Independent Living Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team at Homecarers Cheshire, providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults living in their own homes in the Deva Independent Living Village in Blacon, Chester.
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care and support to our service users, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being. You will work closely with our team to ensure the continuation of our high standard of care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to service users, including assistance with daily living tasks, social support, and maintaining dignity.
- Support service users to maintain their independence and ensure their well-being at all times.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- A caring and compassionate individual with a passion for providing high-quality care and support.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous experience in a care setting is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
