Deva Point Independent Living Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team at Deva Independent Living Village in Blacon, Chester. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults living in their own homes.
Our ideal candidate will have a caring and empathetic approach, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for providing personal care, assisting with daily living tasks, and promoting independence and well-being.
We offer a range of shifts, including morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, as well as alternate weekend working. Our Support Workers are valued members of our team and are provided with full training and support to ensure they have the skills and confidence to excel in their role.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to vulnerable adults
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Promote independence and well-being through social support and activities
- Maintain and promote dignity and respect for all service users
