Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with varying needs. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling our service users to live independently and participate in everyday activities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to individuals with varying needs, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and communication.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to a safe and respectful environment, promoting the dignity and well-being of all individuals.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services.
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.94.
