Job Title: Night Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Support Worker to join our team. As a Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults aged 18 and above with various care needs, including autism, learning disabilities, mental health, and dementia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with varying mobility needs.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as accessing the community and participating in everyday activities.
  • Prepare and serve meals and snacks, accommodating individual dietary requirements.
  • Support individuals with health conditions, such as continence issues, and provide ongoing care and assistance.
  • Engage in activities that promote independence, social interaction, and overall well-being.
