About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Support Worker to join our team. As a Night Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing support to adults aged 18 and above, with varying mobility needs, including those who use wheelchairs. You will work closely with our team to ensure that individuals receive the care and support they need to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals, including assistance with daily living activities.
  • Support individuals to access the community, participate in everyday living activities, and maintain social connections.
  • Prepare and serve meals and snacks, accommodating individual dietary requirements.
  • Engage in outdoor activities, shopping, and other leisure pursuits with individuals, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Collaborate with the support team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
