About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team at Deva Independent Living Village in Blacon, Chester. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults living in their own homes.

Our ideal candidate will have a caring and empathetic approach, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for providing personal care, assisting with daily living tasks, and promoting independence and well-being.

We offer a range of shifts to suit your availability, including morning, afternoon, and evening shifts. You will also have the opportunity to work with a warm and friendly team, who are passionate about delivering exceptional care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to vulnerable adults
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Promote independence and well-being through social support and activities
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
