About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Rapid Response Care Worker to join our team at Homecarers Cheshire. As a Rapid Response Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our service users in the Chester and Ellesmere Port area.

The ideal candidate will have a full, clean driving license and access to their own vehicle, as they will be required to attend calls on a last-minute basis due to sickness or urgent referrals. You will be responsible for providing short-term care to help our service users regain their independence and confidence in day-to-day tasks.

As a Rapid Response Care Worker, you will be part of a dynamic team that values continuity of care and provides a high level of support to our service users. You will be required to think on your feet and adapt to changing situations, ensuring that our service users receive the best possible care.
