About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you'll work closely with clients to provide one-to-one care, helping them live independently with dignity. You'll have the opportunity to pursue your NVQ in Health and Social Care and develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive environment.
What You'll Need:
- At least 2 years of care work experience.
- A passion for helping others and a commitment to providing the highest standard of care.
- Flexibility and reliability.
- Good communication skills.

- Up to £14 per hour, dependent on qualification.
- Full specialist training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support from the Care Manager.
