About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Rapid Response Care Worker to join our team at Homecarers Cheshire. As a Rapid Response Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our service users in the Chester and Ellesmere Port area.

The ideal candidate will have a full, clean driving license and access to their own vehicle, as they will be required to attend calls on a last-minute basis due to sickness or urgent referrals. You will be responsible for providing short-term care to help our service users regain their independence and confidence in day-to-day tasks.

We offer a competitive salary of £13.25 per hour, paid on a block basis. You will also have the opportunity to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, Monday to Sunday.

As a Rapid Response Care Worker, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to our service users. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our service users and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to service users in the Chester and Ellesmere Port area
  • Attend calls on a last-minute basis due to sickness or urgent referrals

Requirements
