About This Role: We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our client's team and lead the construction and renovation of hospital facilities in the Norfolk area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of healthcare construction projects, ensuring that they meet the required standards and regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of site engineers, supervisors, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Communication: Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Benefits:

Requirements:
