As a key business unit, Service Operations plays a vital role in managing after-sales product returns and repairs, supported by Europe's largest tech repair centre. This role will partner with the Director of Service Operations to financially manage a £150m cost base and provide strategic guidance to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Service Operations business unit to inform financial decisions and drive strategic initiatives
* Collaborate with the Director of Service Operations and Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement financial plans and strategies
* Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
* Develop and present financial reports to stakeholders, including the Director of Service Operations and Senior Leadership Team
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and analysis
* Lead and develop the offshore accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

Requirements:

* Strong commercial acumen and financial analysis skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Recognized accountancy qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
