Order to Cash Manager - Finance Shared Services Leader

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Order to Cash Manager to lead our Finance Shared Services team in Newark. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Order to Cash team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the Order to Cash team, fostering a culture of high performance and embedding smart goals, clear KPIs, and personal performance support structures.
  • Oversee the strategy and tactical decision-making within Billing, Credit Management, Account Receivables, and Revenue Reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business and Finance Shared Services to ensure strategies are well thought through and fit for modern purpose.
  • Design and embed robust processes and controls across the function, ensuring world-class processes and ways of working are clearly explained and adopted.

Requirements

  • ACCA / ACA or CIMA Qualified with demonstratable experience of leadership within a financial shared service setting.
  • Proven ability to manage OTC / AR teams supporting multiple business units from a shared services environment and delivering high-quality services.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial systems and a deep understanding of Finance processes.
  • Previous experience in working with Finance ERP systems, specifically with S/4 HANA, is preferred.
