Geotechnical Engineer Job Description

RSK Group is seeking a highly skilled Geotechnical Engineer to join our team in Goudhurst, UK. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a strong background in geotechnical engineering and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage geo-environmental and geotechnical ground investigation projects for external clients and internal teams.
  • Provide technical support and control project costs at all stages of assigned projects.
  • Oversee ground investigations, including soil and rock logging, and geotechnical analysis and design.

Requirements:

  • BEng or BSc in Civil, Geology, or Geotechnical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Typically 5 years of relevant experience, with a good understanding of geology, ground investigation works, and geotechnical engineering.
  • Registered with a suitable professional body and working towards Chartered status.
