Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Waste Services Team Manager to lead our team in providing excellent waste management services to the borough.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring efficient operations, and contributing to the overall success of the council.

About the Role

As a Waste Services Team Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a team of waste management professionals.
  • Ensuring efficient and effective waste collection and disposal services.
  • Implementing strategies to improve service quality and reduce costs.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including councillors, residents, and other partners.
