Job Summary

The Calero Inventory System Analyst is responsible for managing Market Data, Telecoms and IT recurring contracts and expenses, and ensuring compliance with Marex Policies.

Responsibilities

Contract Management:

  1. Maintain Calero's MDM and TEMS modules to ensure accurate records for supplier services, legal contracts, amendments, cancellations and related documentation.
  2. Report on and manage upcoming contract renewals and expirations to ensure the business has advance awareness of contract expiries or auto renewals.
  3. Maintain and update Contract inventory with accurate dates and terms.

Inventory Management

  1. Daily maintain market data, IT and Telecons inventories accurately using Calero's MDM and TEMS software.
  2. Operate the Joiners and Leavers process to ensure the inventory and updated services are added or terminated as required.
  3. Prepare, monitor, verify and distribute reports on a regular basis, regarding cost reporting.
  4. Support finance with accruals and prepayment management.
  5. Prepare ad hoc reporting from the Calero Database upon request.
  6. Continuously review and audit existing processes to ensure effective performance and compliance with mutually agreed requirements and control procedures.

Market Data Entitlement Administration

  1. Upload Bloomberg entitlement files (SID file and EMRS file) and reconcile to the inventory.
  2. Upload of all application usage files when defined by trade support.
  3. Produce analysis of unused sources, services and users across supplier and/or proprietary entitlement systems where applicable.
  4. Manage exchange declarations together with CME Netting declarations also.
  5. Discover and execute removal/transfer of unused sources/products/exchanges.
  6. Bloomberg SID files analysis, removal/relocation of unused terminal and services.

Invoice Management

  1. Review and upload invoices including files where required.
  2. Reconcile invoices to Calero database.
  3. Ensure cost allocations are current and accurate.
  4. Exception handling through internal and external escalation.
  5. Process invoices and respond to suppliers regarding status and chase suppliers for missing invoices.

Key Skills and Qualifications
