This role is responsible for managing Market Data, Telecoms and IT recurring contracts and expenses, and ensures compliance with Marex Policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of supplier services, legal contracts, amendments, cancellations and related documentation in Calero's MDM and TEMS modules.
  • Report on and manage upcoming contract renewals and expirations to ensure the business has advance awareness of contract expiries or auto renewals.
  • Daily maintain market data, IT and Telecons inventories accurately using Calero's MDM and TEMS software.
  • Operate the Joiners and Leavers process to ensure the inventory and updated services are added or terminated as required.
  • Prepare, monitor, verify and distribute reports on a regular basis, regarding cost reporting.
  • Support finance with accruals and prepayment management.
  • Prepare ad hoc reporting from the Calero Database upon request.

Market Data Entitlement Administration

  • Upload Bloomberg entitlement files (SID file and EMRS file) and reconcile to the inventory.
  • Upload of all application usage files when defined by trade support.
  • Produce analysis of unused sources, services and users across supplier and/or proprietary entitlement systems where applicable.
  • Manage exchange declarations together with CME Netting declarations also.

Invoice Management

  • Review and upload invoices including files where required.
  • Reconcile invoices to Calero database.
  • Ensure cost allocations are current and accurate.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail, have a high degree of accuracy in data analysis, reporting and auditing.
  • Excellent Organisation and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this.
