About the Role:
  • Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students, fostering their academic and personal development through constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and organized learning environment that promotes student well-being and academic success.
  • Evaluate student progress and provide insightful feedback to teachers, helping them refine their teaching strategies.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 months experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK-based educational setting is essential.
  • An excellent understanding of the Secondary school system, including its policies and procedures.
  • A Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification is highly desirable.
  • A genuine passion for education and supporting students' learning journeys.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality support to students. We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including an enhanced DBS check, full references, and eligibility to work in the UK.

Salary Range: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum
