Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Financial Services Event Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating non-deal roadshows, 1:1 and group meetings with investors. This includes arranging all roadshow logistics such as flights, hotels, and catering, as well as virtual roadshows when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate 1:1 and group meetings with investors
  • Ensure all information included in scheduling systems is current
  • Responsible for keeping the company updated ahead of the roadshow and whilst on the road
  • Manage all last minute/late changes and ensure all parties are kept updated at all times
  • Update internal systems post-event with final attendees
  • Arrange all roadshow logistics including flights, hotels, ground transfers, AV requirements, visas, and catering for in-person roadshows
  • Coordinate virtual connections for all meetings for virtual roadshows

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience executing roadshows in a large investment bank
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • The ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines while managing a large number of projects concurrently
  • Ability to remain calm and accurate under pressure and think ahead to avoid issues before they arise
  • Ability to resolve problems quickly and manage conflicts of interest between different parties
