Our client, a leading car dealership on the South Coast, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Car Sales Executive to join their team in Dorchester. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on vehicle selection, financing options, and after-sales services.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Negotiate and close sales deals effectively, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer information, utilizing data to inform sales strategies.
- Proven experience in new and used car sales, with a passion for the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Salary £18,000 + Uncapped OTE CIRCA £45,000
- Company car
- 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
- Comprehensive training and development opportunities, including manufacturer training.
