Pontoon is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the production of our exclusive classic car collection. Located in Crewe, this role involves managing the build process of niche vehicles, as well as sourcing specific parts required to maintain customers' classic cars.

As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians, implementing health and safety protocols, and reporting build status to senior management. You will also need to ensure that all vehicles meet the required quality standards, including managing daily build operations and addressing any issues that may arise.

The successful candidate will have experience in facilities management, with a focus on production oversight and team leadership. You will also need to possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
