The Established Brands Portfolio Lead will be responsible for managing a strong portfolio of critical brands that deliver value to the NHS and Pfizer. As a member of the Established Brands Leadership team, you will be a subject matter expert and report to the Head of Established Brands.

  • Develop and execute growth strategies for our complex Established Brands portfolio, including critical, branded, generic launch products, and generic LOE products.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement out-of-stock mitigation plans through Anchor in Trust partnerships.
  • Work closely with Commercial Performance Manager and Commercial Procurement managers to identify and deliver effective pricing strategies at a Brand level.
  • Plan and develop innovative solutions to implement best-in-class strategic and operational brand plans for the UK, delivering revenue expectations and OPEX commitments.
  • Demonstrate a track record of high performance and producing outstanding results within brand/commercial marketing.
  • Develop strong cross-functional working skills and deliver stretching results through others in matrix complex working situations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare environment.
  • Apply strategic skills, including creativity and effectiveness in identifying major strategic challenges and balancing short-term needs and long-term vision.
  • Be well-organized, flexible, and able to prioritize multiple demands and perform under tight timelines.
  • Create a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Take calculated risks.
