Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Portfolio Lead to join our Commercial Therapy Area team. As a key member of the Established Brands Leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and driving growth for our complex Established Brands portfolio, including critical, branded, generic launch products, and generic LOE products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and revenue for the Established Brands portfolio, leveraging key stakeholders across the business and the NHS.
  • Manage and mitigate out-of-stock implementation plans for the Established Brands portfolio through Anchor in Trust partnerships, leading key stakeholders and colleagues from PGS, Commercial Customer & Contracts, Regulatory, Quality, and Medical, as necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of portfolio strategies.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership on portfolio management and growth strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including NHS partners and internal teams.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Proven experience in portfolio management and growth strategies, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
