Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Portfolio Lead to join our Commercial Therapy Area team. As a key member of the Established Brands Leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a strong portfolio of critical brands that continue to deliver value to the NHS and Pfizer.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive growth for our complex Established Brands portfolio, including critical, branded, generic launch products, and generic LOE products.
- Lead the implementation of out-of-stock mitigation plans for the Established Brands portfolio through Anchor in Trust partnerships, collaborating with key stakeholders from PGS, Commercial Customer & Contracts, Regulatory, Quality, and Medical departments.
- Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership on portfolio-level P&L management, leveraging a wide range of stakeholders across the business and the NHS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and improvement within the portfolio.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including NHS partners and internal teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
- Proven experience in portfolio management, with a strong track record of driving growth and improving profitability.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
